The Role

Reporting to the AP Manager and collaborating across the wider AP team, this position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast paced, varied, full function AP role which involves a large number of transactions across multiple accounts. Medium to high level data entry skills will be required, as some parts of the role require manual processing.

Responsibilities will include:
  

• Full function AP
• Managing AP inbox
• G/L Coding
• Vendor maintenance
• Creating new Accounts
• Supplier statement/credit card recs
• Payment runs
• Receipt Invoices for processing (high volume)
• Input Invoice data to system
• Support the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals
• Ensuring agreed supplier terms with payments are adhered to

 About YouTo be a successful applicant you will obtain outstanding phone manner and communication skills with a passion for customer service. Ideally you will have previously worked in end to end AP for a large service organisation, dealing with multiple store/branch and centre networks in a role which is highly customer service orientated. However, candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply with full function experience.  
Other attributes required;
 

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team 
• High Attention to detail
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills 
• 3-5 Years prior experience in a similar role
