The Role
Reporting to the AP Manager and collaborating across the wider AP team, this position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast paced, varied, full function AP role which involves a large number of transactions across multiple accounts. Medium to high level data entry skills will be required, as some parts of the role require manual processing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Full function AP
- Managing AP inbox
- G/L Coding
- Vendor maintenance
- Creating new Accounts
- Supplier statement/credit card recs
- Payment runs
- Receipt Invoices for processing (high volume)
- Input Invoice data to system
- Support the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals
- Ensuring agreed supplier terms with payments are adhered to
Other attributes required;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- High Attention to detail
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- 3-5 Years prior experience in a similar role
