Your new role
In this role wou will be an APS5 Compliance and Investigation Officer
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and analysis, including local regulatory intelligence, to contribute to insights, organisational knowledge and solving of systemic regulatory challenges
- Supporting the design and implementation of regulatory campaigns to inform, educate and influence providers, workers and participants.
- Utilising planning methodologies to implement and report against multiple compliance campaigns and projects
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as and actively participate in team work and group activities.
- Undertaking regulatory compliance actions in response to identified non-compliance and new, existing and emerging risks.
- Preparing high quality project reports, briefing papers and executive correspondence for presentation to senior staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated previous experience conducing compliance monitoring and investigative activities
- Experience preparing complex correspondence
- Applicants for this role MUST be Australian citizens and have the ability to obtain a baseline level security clearance
