We are in search of an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7 Return-It Depots from South East Melbourne down to the Gippsland Region and uphold partner relationships.
Reporting to State Operations Manager, the role will have an overall responsibility for the success and profitability of depots and partner relationships within their area.
You will:
- Manage profitability of Return-It Depots within your designated region
- Responsible for direct reports of up to 7 Depot Managers in addition to 40 staff across sites in your region
- Actively seek revenue growth, to ensure Return-It is constantly developing within the area
- Meet sales targets by identifying, establishing, and maintaining current and future client relationships
- Build business relationships with existing and future partners for continuous growth
- Ensure sites are operational and comply with all company processes and safety procedures
- Ensure all depots maintain a high level of customer service and retention
To be successful you will have:
- Lead by example and provide hands on support and guidance to your portfolio of depots
- Place safety first and call out unsafe behaviour
- Foster a culture of customer centricity
- Develop creative and innovative strategies to achieve your goals and the goals of Return-It
- The ability and desire to travel between depots
- Be accountable for yourself, and your team, and strive to make processes easier and more effective in all you do whilst maintaining a high standard.
