Wolff Power is an innovative electrical contractor that specialises in construction, operations and maintenance of high and low voltage, renewables, communication, overhead and underground networks across Queensland and New South Wales.
As Project Administrator, you will be providing quality administrative and support services to both the Contracts Team and the Operations Team. To succeed in this role, you must be a great communicator and possess a high level of initiative in your approach to work.
About the role:
- Co-ordinate administrative requirements, assist with project set up from beginning to end and provide support to the team
- Maintain and complete accurate records across multiple projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers on a daily basis
- Support Project Managers and Operations Team
- Invoicing, booking flights and accommodation for the Operations team.

- Business administration qualification or demonstrated experience
