TVH is seeking a mature and commercially astute individual to join our experienced team based in Melbourne. The role will be managing the day to day operations of our Fire Team based out of our Mulgrave office.
You must have experience in the day to day management of Service Technicians and Customers along with knowledge of the service, repair and installation of a variety of Fire equipment across a range of portfolios. You will also possess and be responsible for;
- A strong focus and commitment towards OH&S in the workplace
- Management of all customer accounts, exceeding clients expectations and associated KPI's
- Management, mentoring and development of staff
- Commercial forecasting and financial management for division
- Meeting required sales and order targets
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Great communication skills
- The ability to generate opportunities
- A positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to develop skills
- A current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
You must be able to pass a Police and Working with Children Check and complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
