We continuously strive to improve our model: with client’s needs at the centre, supporting people through key life changes, and building integrated pathways with the wider health and community services system.
Your Side Culture
Your Side provides a supportive, flexible workplace and fun is our middle name. All our team members are passionate about care in the community and supporting older Australians and vulnerable people to live their best lives. Our values ensure we provide quality services that put people first, and that includes our people. As one of us, you must love food, fun, dressing up and pets – including ducks. Well, it’s not essential that you love those things, but it will help.
Our vision is that every life can be a good one.

There are many reasons Your Side is a great place to work. We have relaxed and flexible conditions that include working from home, dressing for the work you do, and welcoming (well-behaved) pets in the office. But the most important reason people want to work for Your Side is because everything we do is centred around care and support. We are true non-profit with the sole purpose of helping people in need.
The rewarding work of making real connections and helping people to understand and access their best options in aged care and support services is different every day. You could attend a conference or a community event to meet people in need of advice; or visit referral partners, such as support service agencies and healthcare professionals, to discus and promote the services Your Side can offer.
