PERSOLKELLY has an opportunity for an Assistant Events Coordinator to join our client site in Helensvale. This role is 20 hours per week with shifts between Monday-Friday and is paying $28-32 per hour. This position is supporting the Site Manager to oversee the residential fitness centre and oversee coordination of their function room.

About the role:
- Assisting site manager to ensure seamless running of centre
- Completing residents inductions of centre and gym
- Helping residents with any queries
- Showcase the function room as a great community spot for fitness classes and groups
- Encourage usage of function room
- Setting up for group bookings
- Work with stakeholders to develop relationships and build partnerships within the community.
About the individual:
- Enjoys working in a dynamic admin role with some practical requirements
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communicator
- Great problem solver
- Social Media experience and local knowledge advantageous
