ASSISTANT VENUE MANAGER
An exciting opportunity to help lead the team at a beautiful food and beverage venue on the north side of Bendigo.

The Role
As Assistant Venue Manager you will work alongside the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of an exceptional level of customer experience.
You will help deliver the vision for the business, overseeing the strategic growth plans and maintaining a customer centric culture within a highly engaged workforce.
Key Deliverables
This is a ‘hands-on’ role and requires a ‘can do’ approach with the flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
The key deliverables of the role include (but not limited to):
- Lead a highly engaged team, focused on delivering and exceptional customer experience, in line with the company values and expectations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations by following company processes and procedures and through positive and effective communication.
- Engage in dynamic rostering and labour management to meet both business demands and within a budget framework
- Foster a high-performance culture through training and development and an unwavering commitment to excellence and quality in the food and beverage offering and service standards
- Meet and exceed budgets and KPI targets
- Champion a safety culture and ensure the operations meet all regulatory compliance requirements
- Create an inclusive, collaborative and innovative environment where everyone works together to deliver a great level of customer service
- Work collaboratively and proactively with owners and key personnel within the group.
What’s on Offer
An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience and skills, in the range of $75-80k plus superannuation. There is an opportunity for career growth within our expanding company.
