We are looking for an ambitious **Associate Executive** to join our **Media Team** in **Sydney, Australia** where you will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The role is focused on ensuring Telum’s media database is accurate and up-to-date for PR clients, along with the secondary responsibility of creating engaging news content. **What you will do:** - Support the development and maintenance of the Telum Media platform, updating it with media industry contacts and news outlet information - Adhere to company data policies and methodologies to ensure customers and industry professionals have a high-quality experience - Develop an understanding of the media landscape within ANZ. - Research relevant information online and by engaging with journalists to complete relevant database updates and source content opportunities. - Accurately and competently produce short and long-form content with actionable insights for clients, engaging with journalists to do so. - Demonstrate professionalism in prioritising and managing personal and collective tasks to ensure all are completed on time and to company standards. - Demonstrate company standards in the quality of work, output, and technical requirements across all duties. - Undertake a comprehensive onboarding programme to get you job-ready and confident in your role at Telum Media.
