As an Audio Visual Technician, you will:
Provide a responsive customer service to resolve faults and issues within agreed service levels
Deliver effective and efficient support and schedule maintenance of audio-visual services located across all campuses
Provide high quality support to AVN customers in fault resolution and service request provisioning
Seek feedback from clients regarding their satisfaction and perspective with products or services received, respond to feedback with openness and transparency and seek to identify ways to better service the customer
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across faculties and portfolios, and with external suppliers and contractors
Engage in process improvement activities and adopt new ideas to meet organisational needs
To be successful, you’ll have:
A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
Australian Communications Authority (ACA) Open Registration
Experience maintaining Audio Visual technologies in an enterprise environment, with extensive experience monitoring and trouble-shooting complex audio-visual platforms
Audio visual engineering experience with a sound understanding of audio-visual protocols
