Are you looking for a 12-month temporary position? Based in the Hobart CBD, this role sits within a Tasmanian company, focussing on supporting Tasmanians. This role will support the CEO and the Board, providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Services Division.
Your new role
Supporting others is your passion! Working autonomously and able to show initiative, you’ll be responsible for high-level administration, diary management, travel itineraries, scheduling, and coordination. Given the nature of this role, you will need to have demonstrated skills in dealing with confidential content and documentation. This is a rare opportunity to support an organisation's CEO and richly contribute to the essential services provided to the Tasmanian community.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, along with:
Ability to engage within a senior management environment
High level secretariat and word processing skills
Well-developed organisational skills and ability to set priorities and manage a variable workload
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven capacity to exercise initiative, judgement, and discretion
