The Opportunity
Bar Manager | Reine & La Rue
Our ideal candidate will have
- Experienced in managing high-volume premium restaurant bars, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Experience in writing and evolving a high-quality cocktail and bar program suitable for a two-hatted restaurant.
- Ability to train and manage both experienced and novice bartenders.
- Ability to work within a large and diverse management team
- Possess strong knowledge of French cuisine, wines, and beverages, with a commitment to continual learning.
- Skilled in effective planning, time management, and decision-making for smooth restaurant operations.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for enhancing guest experiences through personalised touches.
- Enthusiastic about sharing creativity, knowledge, and leadership to inspire team members.
- Dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring seamless restaurant operation.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry, committed to delivering outstanding service.
