As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the success and profitability of the bar at Sorrento Bowling Club, for ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times and maintaining and compliance with all safety, stock and equipment procedures. The role will involve supervision, training, and development of food and beverage staff to ensure the bar runs efficiently and to a high standard.
