Benefits & HR Administrators Your new company Your new company is a household name in FMCG manufacturing looking for a benefits administrator to join their HR team for a 6 week leave cover.
Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for:
Coordinate and allocate fleet resources across the various business units
Provide accurate and timely assistance for Lion team members on all benefits matters including fleet cars, novated leases and parking
Responding to cases in Service Now and directly via email
Provide administration support to the Reward team with general matters including:
Editing documentation such as policies, procedures and statements
Producing confidential letters, including mail merging, editing and sending
Data validation and checking
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will ideally:
Have experience with benefits administration
Demonstrable experience from a Human Resources role
Be available to start immediately
Have experience in large manufacturing, FMCG and/or fleet management organisation
