Are you an experienced Bid Coordinator searching for a role where you can work in an environment surrounded by talented architects and amazing architectural projects?

THE ROLE
You will be a highly organised individual with a flair for producing gripping submissions and have an eye for detail. This role is heavily focused on bid coordination and production, including EOIs/Proposals/Tenders, with responsibilities ranging from producing to coordinating content from colleagues and project collaborators in order to produce high-quality submissions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bid management and be confident working both independently and collaboratively with the broader team in a dynamic studio environment.
This role will suit someone who wants a rewarding career in Bid Coordination, rather than using the opportunity to get their foot in the door with this design studio and work towards becoming an Architect or Designer.
Up to $130,000 + super (open to discussion)
TYPICAL DAY
- Be proactive in managing and producing submissions relating to new business opportunities such as Expression of Interest (EOI), Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
- Work with leadership team to deliver compliant, compelling written proposal responses, working to specified deadlines
- Proactively collaborate with the communications team where needed, to produce content for bids and presentations
- Arrange for internal reviews and sign-off of tenders and bid content prior to submission in line with quality requirements

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with deadlines (ESSENTIAL)
- Outstanding command of the English language with strong writing and editing skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail (ESSENTIAL)
- Knowledge of and interest in the Design/Built Environment Industry (ESSENTIAL)
- Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel (ESSENTIAL)
- Intermediate Adobe InDesign skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (ESSENTIAL)
