This is an individual contributor opportunity to drive immediate value by developing high-quality tender responses for retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, services, distribution and public sector industries.You’ll work closely with our presales, marketing, services and sales teams, focusing on expertly coordinating bid activities, managing the tender life cycle with equanimity, and ensuring the delivery of on-time and superior tender responses.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is a hybrid role and could be worked out of Sydney or Melbourne.
You’ll be highly organised, task-focused and disciplined, with extensive writing experience in marketing or sales-related materials. Your desire to go the extra mile to deliver a quality proposal will ensure your success in this role and will be highly visible amongst the leadership of our business.
Your Responsibilities
• Planning and developing commercial proposals, leveraging our existing request for proposal (RFP) database
• Scoping RFP requirements, developing the project schedule and managing the final deliverables
• Curating our boilerplate answers to make responses more region-specific, while assisting in editing these responses to reflect updates in our solutions’ values
• Driving quality control, editing and proofreading contributions to ensure a consistent voice is communicated throughout the entire proposal, which includes embedding win theme strategies within our responses
• Guiding the development of executive summaries and win themes to create compelling responses
• Streamlining the tender cycle process and identifying areas of potential growth, as well as areas where we can eliminate existing inefficiencies
