Frasers Livestock Transport is one of Australia's leading livestock transporters and is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team.
The Bookkeeping role includes a broad cross-section of accounting tasks from transaction entry & coding, to preparation and lodgement of statutory returns, and assisting in the preparation of financial reporting.
The role also encompasses some general business support functions.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' prior experience in a bookkeeping or similar role
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience using QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero or other similar finance software.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and specifically Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
Previous experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system is an advantage.
This hands-on, stimulating position includes high level responsibility and is available for immediate start. Start date is negotiable with the successful candidate.
The role is located in Warwick, Queensland.
