We have grown, evolved and continue to win global acclaim not just for our spirits but also for the creativity we show in every aspect of the business (Australian Champion Distiller 2017 & 2018, World Craft Producer & Brand Innovator of the Year 2023, Restaurant of the Year Finalist 2023).
We are looking to add a key new member to our team - responsible for supporting our growth and optimising the financial aspects of our distilling and hospitality operations. With turnover currently at over $6M per annum, this dynamic and multifaceted role will play a crucial part in maintaining financial health, driving growth and ensuring the overall success of our operation.
Key duties for this role include:
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank and end of month reconciliations.
- Processing payroll and superannuation.
- Adhoc administrative duties as required.
Criteria:
- Previous experience overseeing day to day accounts or Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented and strong attention to accuracy.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using QuickBooks is highly desirable.
We are currently looking for someone to work around 15 hours per week (either two full days or split across three days) with potential for this to increase in the future.
