TWO MATES BREWING embraces a passion for community closeness, family feels, and brilliant brews.  The owners deeply value ambition, and a desire to succeed against all odds.  Every hurdle presents an opportunity, and the devastation of the floods at our Lismore NSW Taphouse in February 2022 did not dampen the drive of the owners and the Brew Crew to strive for new opportunities.

Within this, we are expanding operations into Brisbane, in our steady progression to world domination! We are looking for an outgoing and driven team mate whose energetic and passionate vibes for craft beer will inspire.

What’s involved:

Can you manage time, do you love craft beer, do you make things happen? If the answer is yes, then we need to chat. Here are some of the tasks expected of you:

• Build our existing relationships, whilst proactively pursuing new business leads. Be creative to ensure we capture the sale!
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
• Management of sales data through our CRM and processing sales orders
• Work with the marketing and production teams on coordinating beer launches, sales activations and building materials to increase brand awareness.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including but not limited to revenue, activities, new business activations.
• Passing on product and branding feedback from the field, recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by staying up to date with the industry
• Running tasting sessions and attending customer events and trade shows.
