Your RoleThe Broker Administration Officer role is responsible for a number of administrative and member fulfilment activities in support of the wider Broker Channel. The role will be responsible for onboarding and maintenance of Brokers, members, cross selling products and other broker channel related duties such as Broker audits, commissions and assisting processing team with formal & settlement letters and overflow of Personal loan applications.
