Role Type: 12-month part time contract (15.2 hours per week)
Salary: $57,799 - $72,440 p.a plus super (pro rata)

Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic healthcare team? We're looking for a skilled part time Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team at Murdoch Children's Research Institute.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the key objectives of the Surveillance of Adverse Events Following Vaccination In the Community (SAEFVIC). Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager and Director of SAEFVIC, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to ensure the safety and effectiveness of immunisation programs.

Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner and in accordance with organisational protocols
- Providing accurate data entry and reporting
- Assisting with administering the physical infrastructure of SAEFVIC (office accommodation, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and IT system support etc)
- Assisting with the weekly immunization clinic appointments through Electronic Medical Record (EMR)/EPIC and referral management
What we need from you:
- Qualification in a relevant field or relevant experience
- Demonstrated intermediate skills and knowledge using the Microsoft Office suite and teleconference applications
- Ability to triage telephone enquiries and refer the enquiry to the appropriate area/person
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and material
