We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Relief Facilities Managers and Building Managers for various relief work.
We currently have a number of relief positions across Retail, Residential and Commercial which are great for people looking for an immediate start!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all commercial facilities are properly maintained and meet the required standards.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
