We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Business Administrator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic group based in Brisbane. This is a full-time maximum term contract role starting from April 2024 to February 2025. The Business Administrator will high quality administrative, financial, and project support to the Office Services team in Brisbane, extending to the wider Queensland region when necessary. Furthermore, this position will offer personal assistance to the Office Manager as needed.
The Opportunity
· Handle accounts payable invoicing, sundry invoicing, and corporate credit card expenditures for Queensland offices.
· Review various reports monthly and assist in preparing the Annual Business Plan.
· Provide executive support by analysing trends, managing calendars, and assisting with office tasks.
· Manage office services including email inboxes, essentials pages, pool car fleet, and ordering supplies.
· Assist in event management, participate in support networks, and regularly review processes for improvements.

· Experience in the full suit of Microsoft products and ideally financial management systems.
