We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with the Covert & Technical Operations (CTO) Change Program to deliver the Request Management System (RMS) capability.
The role requires services delivered in collaboration with and under the supervision by nominated AFP personnel, consist of the following:
- Analyse and map processes and information flows of the existing RMS
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, and collaborate with technical specialists, project members and business users to document and validate business requirements
- Produce functional and non-functional specifications, use cases and scenarios for a future RMS
- Manage business stakeholders and act as a conduit between business and the program/project team
- Assist with development of materials required for procurement, andassist evaluation of potential replace RMS solutions as required.
- Business/System Analysis and business design
- Requirements elicitation and facilitating workshops
- Work effectively in a small team environment
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members; and
- Ability to record and maintain files/information in accordance with AFP requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analyst role
