Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key work streams, including a 2-3-month discovery phase, vendor discussions, engagement with stakeholders, and proactive risk management.
- Collaborate closely with delivery partners to plan and execute Agile methodologies effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Demonstrate strong cyber skills and an understanding of critical infrastructure requirements.
- Drive solutions and outcomes that meet enterprise-level standards.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in the Cyber and Critical Infrastructure space.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively.
- Experience working with high-volume transactions and disaster recovery processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
- Cybersecurity knowledge or experience managing infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work across functions and collaborate with various teams.
