The Role: 
As our Business Development Executive for Aged Care and Acute Sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding our client base in these critical areas. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills. In this role, you will:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the aged care and acute sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and effective negotiation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and client needs to inform business strategies and offerings.
• Represent Zonda Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development within the recruitment industry, with a focus on aged care and acute sectors - preferable.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of roles, qualifications, and industry-specific nuances within aged care and acute sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
