The focus of the role is to achieve new client growth and be able to enhance our strategy moving forward to continue our expansion.
About the role:
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Exploring new business opportunities by cold callings or any other tactics.
- Develop New Business Opportunities in the industries that reflect your focus and target market.
- Proactively achieve the KPIS and budgets set out weekly.
- Update your sales pipeline sheet daily or weekly.
- Conducting the tender process and contractual negotiations.
- Experience in a Business Development or Sale Representative role.
- A proven track record as a High Achiever and hitting KPIs in Business Development for Labour Hire Sector.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
- Positive customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
