Business Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager who is driven, outgoing, and passionate about delivering new clients (HUNTER).
The focus of the role is to achieve new client growth and be able to enhance our strategy moving forward to continue our expansion.
About the role:
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Exploring new business opportunities by cold callings or any other tactics.
• Develop New Business Opportunities in the industries that reflect your focus and target market.
• Proactively achieve the KPIS and budgets set out weekly.
• Update your sales pipeline sheet daily or weekly.
• Conducting the tender process and contractual negotiations.

About you :

• Experience in a Business Development or Sale Representative role.
• A proven track record as a High Achiever and hitting KPIs in Business Development for Labour Hire Sector.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
• Positive customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
