About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager based in East Melbourne, you will drive business growth by generating new sales and nurturing relationships. This role involves strategic planning, proactive execution, and achieving monthly targets.
Product training will be provided, and you will have the support of a dedicated technical team to assist you in delivering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales and manage leads.
- Nurture and develop new and existing relationships.
- Follow the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service management.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Provide accurate information and maintain records.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Analyse client activity and identify opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry changes and share insights.
- Promote a positive sales culture and collaborate cross-functionally.
About You:
- No specific industry or background is required, however, sales experience in construction would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities.
