We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to support our SA divisions. In this permanent full-time role, your core focus will be the delivery of increased sales, market share, HME maintenance plans and market intelligence functions primarily for the mining sector of our SA operations.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Increase sales, margin, and market share for HEPI Mining Solutions & Cooling Divisions.
- Develop and deliver Sales plans, Marketing Strategy, and support Brand Building.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product performance issue management.
- Identify new opportunities for all divisions – specifically Mining and Cooling Divisions.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships at multiple levels and disciplines.
- Meet financial objectives through sales and gross margin results in line with budget.
- Provide technical assistance where requested.
About You
Our aim is to provide the best customer service through an empowered, talented, and responsive team. As a tertiary or technically qualified Business Development Manager with over 5 years’ experience and a broad network of contacts in the mining, quarrying and heavy industries, you will relish the challenge of providing solutions for our customers. An outstanding communicator, you enjoy building solid relationships with customers and employees, driving the sales process from plan to close, managing budgets, and regularly tracking your progress.
