They are looking for a BDM to work alongside an extremely accomplished Property Management and Sales team. Our client is committed to growing real estate careers, and raising the bar when it comes to client satisfaction - in joining this team, you would be in the best possible hands.
The Role:
- Utilizing networking and diligent database follow-ups to identify new business opportunities.
- Effectively transforming leads generated by the sales team into new property managements.
- Establishing and nurturing a robust pipeline of qualified business prospects.
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets for Business Development and growth.
- Providing support to the team by contributing to ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing overall business operations.
The Person:
- Previous real estate experience is essential, leasing consultants would be considered
- Must be well presented and a strong communicator
- A knowledge of the North Shore is highly desirable
- Hold a valid real estate certificate, driver's license and car
