About the Opportunity:
CH2 is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about the healthcare industry. You will be a part of the Private Label division working within all customer segments. As part of joining our team, you will be based in in Sydney metropolitan area. There will also be a requirement for regular interstate travel to attend trade shows and support our key corporate clients.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Territory management of CH2’s Private Label range.
- Maximise potential for territory through effective targeting and territory management.
- Assisting with qualified leads and detailing of Private Label products.
- Provide in-service programmes and workshops where appropriate to customers.
- Preparation and presenting of proposals to corporate groups for all customer divisions.
- Attending trade shows nationally.
- Support and drive promotional activities.
- Promote our unique service capabilities based on the individual client needs.
- A team playing, who can work autonomously and driven to excel in your goal set.
You will be reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager – Private Label.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:
- Previous experience in a Business Development or account management position, with proven sales experience, will be advantageous. However, training will be provided to the right candidate with previous wound care category experience.
- Previous wound care experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Australia.
- To manage your territory, you will possess strong account management skills, be able to develop territory business plans and be able to work autonomously.
- A great communicator, possessing strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills (including MS Word and Excel
