My client is a market leader delivering unique and bespoke solutions and this role is for people who thrive on providing thorough solutions and love the chase as much as the after sales service. Your focus will be on new Business Development through warm leads, nurturing client relationships and managing a portfolio of clients.You will have a natural ability to keep potential customers engaged and delighted throughout the sales cycle from start to completion.
Based at the Sydney CBD office, this phone-based role will have access to a substantial warm pipeline and the potential to start earning un-capped commission straight away. You will be supported and guided by the Sales Manager who is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and involve the sales team in mentorship and development.
The key objectives of this role are:
- Identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Creating viable solution options that meet customer needs effectively.
- Supporting the formulation of strategies to continuously strengthen relationships across the market and particularly in emerging opportunities.
- Tracking and communicating market trends and staying on top of an ever-evolving landscape.
- Assisting in forecasting activities including maintaining and managing your pipeline
- Self-motivated and sales focused
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability in understanding customer qualification, requirements analysis, and closing
- High level of and written and verbal communication, including presentations
