As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Slopes and Walls team
What your role will entail:
Geofabrics provides solutions to customers through sales and product support. This role involves;
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships
- Providing technical design support and assistance to both internal and external customers
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities nationally for your responsible market segment
- Maximise revenue by working closely with the state sales team
- Monitor and assist with managing existing customers, markets and accounts to ensure they remain positive
- Establish and develop relationships with potential partners for future business opportunities
What do we require from you?
- Civil engineering degree / diploma qualifications preferred but not essential
- Both technical (design and practical) and sales experience
- Geotechnical background
- Retaining structures and rock fall protection experience is advantageous
- High level interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
- High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively execute solutions
- Would suit someone from a consulting background
