Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our clinic by establishing and nurturing relationships with local geriatricians, public hospital physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers. This role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain older patients, ensuring our clinic meets the specific needs of this demographic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with local geriatricians, public hospital physiotherapists, and other relevant healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our clinic’s target market to patients over 65 years old.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and community outreach programs.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and seminars aimed at educating and attracting older adults.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop clear and accessible communication materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on Business development activities and progress towards goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of older adults.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Business development strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
