The role
Responsible for developing and expanding a group of existing customers and sourcing relationships with new clients and key decision-makers. You will develop new business opportunities and be accountable for meeting sales targets and KPIs.

You will identify growth opportunities and develop (and implement) strategies to win and increase the sales of CyberCX products, services, and capabilities within the Australian market, primarily in your region; working collaboratively with the Practices and Delivery teams to ensure project scopes are accurate and meet client requirements and expectations.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Understand your target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that assists in the expansion of the CyberCX customer base and achieves defined sales targets
  • Own your customers’ experience and journey, from solution proposition through transition to delivery
  • Maintain strong knowledge of CyberCX service offerings and the ability to present them with intelligence and conviction
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives to drive new business
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities
  • Update and prepare sales reports for management as required
  • Contribute effectively to regular sales meetings and wider sales strategy
Skills and experience
You bring demonstrable ability to win new customers and understand how to leverage the considerable assets of your organisation to grow your accounts using your strong negotiation skills and ability to work to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT sales with meaningful experience selling technology services or information security services
  • Solution selling and / or value selling highly regarded
  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levels
  • Well-presented and polished professional in your approach to business
  • Highly ethical, with a trustworthy and assured manner
