[Duties and Responsibilities]
You are required to perform the below-listed duties and responsibilities with full ownership of your role:
- Proactively working on Business Development and managing your clients and relationships with your customer at every stage of your work.
- Identify new potential merchant partners in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective merchant partners, while maintaining existing partner relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms with merchant partners.
- Train merchant partners regarding backstage systems.
- Maintain healthy relationships and communications with merchant partners.
- Responsible for timely feedback between merchant partners and the firm regarding complaints.
- Renew contract terms and commission margins with merchant partners.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
- Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with potential advertising clients.
- Incorporate with the marketing team regarding seasonal firm promotion collaboration with merchant partners.
- Perform other duties as per request.
[Skills and Experience]
- Excellent communication skills.
- This role is contract based however you are required to have at least 1 year of valid working visa.
- PR/AU citizen is desirable.
- Previous work experience in B2B Business Development is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal business manner.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under deadlines.
- Mandarin is preferrable.
- Flexible and stress-tolerant.
