Your toolkit for success:
- Qualifications: A BDR needs the right education - Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (but not essential).
- Experience: With a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in B2Bs sales, especially in dynamic environments like modular, building or construction
- Initiative: As a self-starter, your sails are unfurled, showcasing a track record of exceeding sales targets and innovative thinking.
- Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are your compass, guiding you through the intricacies of the sales landscape.
- Tech Mastery: Navigate the digital seas with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (SalesForce skills are like having a secret treasure map).
