Job Location:Salary: Remote Office is looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Representative/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the tech or HR services industry, with a focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as the primary responsibilities include phone-based lead qualification and client representation.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and networking.
- Understand and represent the Remote Office brand and services effectively to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong client base in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions and progress.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:- Prior experience as a Sales Representative / BDM with a recruitment agency / HR service sector (Tech hiring) working with international clients is a must.
- Strong existing clientele and market experience in Australia and New Zealand.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work non-negotiable with KPI sales targets.
- Experience in lead generation and outbound calling.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Good to have skillset:
- B.tech/BCA qualified candidates will be preferred.
- Should have tech hiring experience.
