Job Summary

We are looking for two Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in the Gold Coast to support our sales business unit. The BDRs will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and support the sales business unit in attracting and converting prospects to long-lasting and happy customers. This is an entry level role suited to recent university graduates, or those wanting to kickstart their sales career!

We help our clients to grow faster and more efficiently by providing bespoke generative AI solutions based on large language models specific to each company we work with to help them save time, improve quality, and increase win rates across proposals.

The Australian entity was established in August 2023 and Emma Crichton, a Business Development professional was appointed CEO. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential prospects and target companies to pursue.
  • Execute outreach strategies to generate and qualify leads into the sales funnel.
  • Establish ongoing positive relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Utilize various sources such as LinkedIn, emails, calling etc. to identify leads and qualify them for prospective sales meetings.
  • Create, maintain, and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and sales meetings.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and develop the relationship.
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence, feeding back internally to guide strategy.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the results of outreach campaigns and sales meetings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met and organizational targets are achieved.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in order to develop effective strategies for prospecting and booking sales meetings.
  • Represent AutogenAI in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of AutogenAI's offerings, including its unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages, in order to convincingly communicate product value propositions to potential clients.

Highly Desirable

  • Knowledge and proficiency of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools to manage leads and track customer interactions.
  • Experience interpreting data and using data & analytics tools. 
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

Reward & Remuneration

The base salary on offer for these roles is $60,000 - $70,000 plus superannuation dependent on relevant experience. The BDR role is eligible for additional incentives based on meeting KPIs.
