They are on the lookout for vibrant, top-performing, and dedicated BDR to join their expanding Business Development team. The ideal candidate not only thrives in sales but also possesses a genuine passion for the ever-evolving software industry, where they'll play a pivotal role in helping clients worldwide navigate their Digital Automation journey, spanning from cognitive, AI-based solutions to robotics process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the sales and field marketing teams, managing inbound leads generated from webforms, chatbots, and events, while also conducting outbound prospecting calls within strategic accounts to arrange qualified appointments.
Strive to achieve or surpass targets for monthly qualified appointments, forecasted monthly deals, and annual revenue objectives.
Foster strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to assist in qualifying and nurturing opportunities, thereby enhancing the likelihood of successful conversions.
Conduct weekly meetings with sales representatives to strategies account objectives and synchronise outbound prospecting efforts. Additionally, participate in quarterly regional sales gatherings to review company updates, sales performance, and business strategies.
Proactively enhance knowledge of competitive products and market trends through continuous learning via websites, online webinars, and publicly available information.

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Exceptional communication skills and a compelling presence.
Positive attitude and a determination to succeed.
Proficiency in various software tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Sales Loft, Sales Navigator, etc.
Proven track record of successfully progressing from initial calls to opportunity creation.
Fluency in English
