Responsibilities:
- Providing compliance and advisory services to High-Net-Worth Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, and Trusts.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supervising and delegating tasks to junior team members as required.
Requirements:
- 6+ years accounting experience
- CA/CPA qualified or similar
- Previous Business Manager and leadership experience
- Be competent in all elements of compliance for high-net-worth business and family groups, including:
- Experience with management of a general ledger, including posting month end journals (depreciation, pre-payments and chattel mortgage interest)
- Experience in or exposure to consulting/advisory services such as budget preparation, management reporting and external CFO services.
Software Experience:
To be proficient in the following software products would be advantageous:
- Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
- Business Fitness Workpapers - Advantageous, but not essential
- BGL Systems (CAS360) - Advantageous, but not essential
- SuiteFiles Document Management System
- Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
