Access the National Relay Service
- Liaise, monitor, negotiate and consult with senior management and work with unit managers and other departmental officers as appropriate to prepare and analyse budget allocation and coordinate and review expenditure and revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate and compile information to facilitate the analysis of human resource, budget and financial performance including the ongoing monitoring, reviewing and reporting of the human resources and financial information for Multicultural Affairs Queensland.
- Coordinate human resource management activities including, but not limited to, establishment management, workforce and salary reporting.
- Manage and coordinate responses to stocktakes, audits and other corporate governance requirements as required.
- Provide advice and strategies on effective and efficient use of utilities and facilities including telecommunications and monitor records management and archiving requirements.
- Manage complex workloads, meet deadlines and commitments and complete tasks within a tight timeframe independently or within a team environment.
