About the role:
- Support our insurance transactions following customer engagement.
- Process amendments, endorsements, new business and renewals.
- Achieving customer KPI’s with engagement and service parameters.
- Diversity within the role dealing with our Dealer, Broker and Direct Markets
A bit about you:
- Passion for delivering exceptional communication skills to manage relationships internally and externally.
- Have a good understanding of insurance principles and previous insurance experience.
- Drive to excel and adaptability to learn.
- A multi-tasker who pays great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and a positive attitude.
- Embody values of Awesome Service, One Team, Honesty, and being Compliance focused.
- Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to your work.
- Suitable for someone who has experience in financial services.
