Ideal for someone with administrative experience in education or marketing, you'll assist our Managing Director and Business Operations Manager, and collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator on dynamic campaigns. Tasks include administrative duties, compliance reporting, project management, and supporting marketing efforts.
Preferably for candidates in South East Queensland (SEQ) to maintain local ties, but open to flexibility within Australia for the right candidate. Your involvement will be pivotal across various projects, enhancing our high-quality course offerings.

Your Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an online learning, training, or education environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, and experience with project management and CRM tools such as ASANA and HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professional handling of sensitive information.
- A background in education or training sectors, particularly with experience in compliance and accreditation processes, is highly desirable
