Integrity Meats Goulburn are currently looking for an Apprentice Butcher 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year to join our team. We are a family owned business dedicated to providing nutrient-dense, chemical-free produce from paddock to plate. Our butcher shop is a both a retail outlet and wholesaler, servicing Goulburn and Sydney. We trade 5 days per week (Tuesday - Saturday), with a short trade on Saturdays.
We prioritize finding the perfect fit and seek someone dedicated to the trade. Therefore, we are open to discussing various options such as work experience, casual employment periods, or school-based apprenticeships. This approach allows individuals to explore and try their hand at the industry before committing to a full-time apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will complete a qualification in Certificate III Meat Professing (Retail) to become a qualified butcher, with the majority of trade school carried out on-site.

Dedication to quality, detail and a high standard of customer service.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
Duties will involve:
General butchering duties, mincing, sausages, adding value etc.
General cleaning duties.
Learning to process bodies of beef, lamb, pork & chicken.
