Our client, a state government department, is looking for motivated customer focused call takers to join their team, 100% work from home positions.
your home office will require the below.
Home Office Requirements
- Windows 10 Device (recommended 16GB RAM or more)
- Headset for call taking.
- Webcam for training.
- Home internet (recommended 25mbs download 5mbs upload)
- Home office setup, suitable for a call taker.
If your home office meets the above requirements the skills and experience we are looking for in is as below
- The ability to communicate to a wide and diverse range of customers.
- Ability to interpret customer questions and situations quickly and respond accordingly.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to navigate digital maps, with general knowledge of Victorian geographical locations.
- Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.
- Proven ability to meet targets.
This is a casual contract position. We are looking for people who are available for a minimum of two shifts a week. There is no guarantee on the amount of hours successful candidates will get in one week; this will vary from week two week. Successful candidates will need to be available for a full week of training and assessments .
