- Reception, general administration and assistance to an anaesthetist specialising laser acupuncture, operating from private consulting rooms near the Alfred Hospital
- Day to day duties include patient bookings, billings and payments, typing letters/correspondence and other general administrative duties
- Currently the position is three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) from approximately 11am-6pm (can vary slightly).
- Exact pay rate dependent on experience
About you:
- Highly organised, can-do attitude
- Medical reception/administration experience is a minimum requirement
- Candidates with other significant healthcare experience outside of reception would be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially those who have knowledge and experience with medicare, workcover, TAC etc.
- Science or healthcare students (eg. biomedicine, medicine, allied health professions) would also be highly regarded as there may be opportunity to assist clinically with delivering LED treatments
