Reporting to the CEO of CENTURY 21 Australasia, the position of Area ManagerNew South Wales will oversee and manage the provision of direct business support, coaching, and resources to franchisees, and growth in offices numbers and salespeople.
Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written,
- Real estate experience,
- Ability to work autonomously,
- Solid presentation skills,
- Ability to build relationships,
- Attention to detail.
Desirable
- Previous experience with a franchise organisation,
- Experience working with webinar tool such as Google Meets or Zoom.
- Experience in presenting and coaching
- Build strong sustainable relationships with franchise owners and their teams,
- Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the local network,
- Provide exceptional service to franchisees,
- Ensure offices adhere to the obligations contained in the franchise agreement, policies and guidelines, and CENTURY 21 systems,
- Encourage franchisees to leverage the tools available to help them grow their business financially including DeskTop Analysis, Business Pipeline, Management Accounts, and Business Plans,
- Renewal of franchise agreements for existing offices,
- Conduct webinars and training sessions to franchise offices,
- Participation in C21 events including Annual Awards, Quarterly Awards, Convention, and other events as required,
