About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Network & Infrastructure Division of the PTA in the position of Change Management & Training Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Manager Asset Management Improvement Program, this position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of effective Change Management practices to drive the required change within the Division. The incumbent will also be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of training activities, and working with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
About You
To be successful in this position you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing Change Management in large organisations or across multiple complex engineering or technology-based projects.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering training.
- Well developed management and leadership skills, including the ability to provide direction to others.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences; build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability in providing effective Change Management advice to senior management and to internal stakeholders.
This is a fixed term opportunity to 31 December 2025 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. All applicants must be in possession of a current Western Australian “C” or “C-A” Class Driver’s Licence. This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur for up to 12 months.
