Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology.

The highly skilledChange Manageris responsible for implementing and managing the daily change initiatives within the Momentum Transformation program responsible for coordinating the migration of applications from shared Woolworths systems to stand-alone Endeavour applications. Reporting to the Head of Change, they will work closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure change awareness and change capability is being developed and utilised by key stakeholders. The role will utilise targeted communication, engagement, training programs, and appropriate support processes to foster the adoption of the change across relevant work streams.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Ability to build awareness and capability through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders using targeted communications, engagement, training programs.
• Establish the change management plan for the program and ensure it’s aligned with the overall transformation objectives. 
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives in terms of their impact on people, processes, and technology and provide timely feedback to stakeholders
• Identify and assess the potential impact of changes on the organisation and its stakeholders. 
• Anticipate and manage resistance to change.
• Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the changes and their expected outcomes. 
• Work with stakeholders to identify and address training needs associated with changes.
• Identify policies and procedures that need to be implemented or changed to ensure successful transition to the new state.
   

Now let’s talk about you

• Certification in ADKAR or PROSCI (desirable)
• Previous experience in agile/scrum is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of the retail environment, and ability to identify improvement opportunities
• Demonstrable delivery of large scale change programs and activities.
• Ability to lead a change management function and program of work that is integrated in a cohesive way for all impacted stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and risks to the program.
• Extensive understanding of diverse Change Management principles and effective methodologies to execute suitable strategies as needed. 
• Experience in working in transformation projects 
• Development of change initiatives to support significant organisational change
• Able to develop and deliver tailored change management strategies and plans based on the organisation’s specific needs and culture.
• Experience in developing and delivering effective communication and training plans.
• Ad-hoc travel
